Honolulu EMS to Bring Lifesaving Technology to Island via PulsePoint, a 9-1-1 Integrated Mobile App
HONOLULU – Senator Mazie Hirono and Honolulu Emergency Medical Services Chief Dean Nakano will join CTIA Wireless Foundation Executive Director Athena Polydorou to announce Honolulu Emergency Medical Service’s participation in PulsePoint, a free mobile app designed to alert CPR-trained citizens of cardiac arrest events in their vicinity so they may administer aid. Please join us on Wednesday, February 22, 2017, at 11:00 a.m. at the Nu'uanu YMCA in Honolulu (1441 Pali Highway).
